Course tips

To ensure lessons run smoothly:
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
  • Let us know if you have any health problems.
  • Stay hydrated and eat enough.
  • Warm up before and stretch after your session.
  • We do not provide any equipment. Choose the right equipment for your level, well-fitting, and suited to the nature of your activity.
  • Ski passes are not included in the price of lessons and are compulsory for group and private lessons (children under 5 do not pay for ski pass but a pass is still required for access to the lifts).
  • Insurance is not included in the price of lessons, so we advise you to check your personal insurance to make sure it covers skiing or to take out specific ski insurance.

For children enrolled in group or private lessons:
  • Make sure your child is properly equipped:
Warm, comfortable, waterproof jacket, dungarees or overalls
Mittens rather than finger gloves
Mask or sunglasses (attached with a cord) with UV index 3 minimum
Sun cream and handkerchiefs
Provide a piece of paper with the telephone number of the adult to contact in case we need it
Bring a small snack
  • Children are strongly advised to wear helmets on the slopes.
  • Let us know if your child has any health problems.
  • Avoid following the lessons and calling out to your child during them.
  • Allow the instructors to decide whether to change groups.
  • Your child is on holiday and the aim is for them to enjoy themselves and want to come back. So respect their pace and don't try to turn them into champions before they're ready!
