To ensure your lesson runs smoothly:
For children enrolled in group or private lessons:
- Arrive 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.
- Inform us of any health issues.
- Stay hydrated and make sure you've eaten enough beforehand.
- Warm up before your session and stretch afterwards.
- Equipment is not included in our services. Please ensure you have the right gear suited to your level, height and activity.
- Lift passes are not included in the lesson price. They are mandatory for both group and private lessons (children under 5 do not need to pay for a lift pass but a pass is still require one to access to the lifts).
- Insurance is not included in the lesson price. We recommend checking whether your personal insurance covers skiing, or consider purchasing dedicated ski insurance.
For children enrolled in group or private lessons:
- Please ensure your child is properly equipped with:
- Mittens rather than finger gloves
- Mask or sunglasses (attached with a cord) with UV index 3 minimum
- Sun cream and tissues
- A piece of paper with the contact number of and adult
- A small snack for during or after the lesson
- Wearing a helmet is highly recommended for children on the slopes.
- Please inform us of any health conditions your children may have.
- Avoid following the group or calling out to your child during them.
- Allow the instructors to decide if your child needs to change groups.
- Remember, your child is on holiday - the goal is for them to have fun and want to come back. Respect their rhythm and don't try to turn them into a champion too soon.
